Masha Radovancev, was born on June 10, 1942 in Orlovat, Yugoslavia to mother Ljubica Jancov Radovancev and father Radislav Radovancev. He grew up here, and later attended high school in Zrenjanin, Yugoslavia. At the age of 20, Masha followed in his father’s footsteps after World War II and moved to the United States of America. He did not speak any English upon his arrival to the U.S., but quickly learned to speak the language well.
During his twenties he attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design and Civil Engineering. While attending the University, he met and married Estela Elizondo. The couple had one child together, a daughter named Marina. Through the years he worked various jobs, teaching and designing, but his true love was entrepreneurship. Later in years Masha remarried to Rajka Kovacevic. He continued with his entrepreneurship endevures creating a design company called EuroConcepts. His freetime was spent on the activies and hobbies he enjoyed the most such as golfing, traveling and fishing. Masha died after a short and difficult illness at the age of 58. He is survived by his wife Rajka Radovancev and his daughter Marina Radovancev, as well as several other family members back home in Yugoslavia and in the U.S.
