Radomir Markovic, age 78, passed into eternal life on November 20, 2010. Born on December 1, 1931 in Kusiljevo, Serbia to father Marko and mother Jelena Markovic. Radomir is survived by his wife Maria; daughter Jelena Sanchez (Steve Schultz), son Alexander (Andrea) Markovic, son Ivan Markovic; grandchildren Antoniо and Marcus LaPorte; brother Ratko Markovic with family, as well as numerous other relatives, Kumovi and friends in the Fatherland, Canada, Spain and the USA. Memory eternal. Visitation Tuesday, November 23, 2010 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Sveta Gora Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home, 3517 N. Pulaski Road in Chicago. Pomen (Serbian Orthodox Wake Service) 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Wednesday, November 24, 2010 – 11 a.m. at the Holy Resurrection Cathedral in Chicago. Interment at the St. Sava Cemetery in Libertyville.
