Zora Ikonić, 91, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Born on November 1, 1930 in the village of Ilinо, near Goražde in Bosnia and Herzegovina to father Risto and mother Mara Nešković. Memory eternal.

Loving mother of Velimir (Saja) Ikonić, Velimirka Kovačević, Milena (Nedjo) Kuljanin; Proud grandmother of Boban, Dragan, Mladenka, Slobodanka, Danijela and Dejan; Caring great-grandmother of Nikola, Marko, Jovan, Mila, Milica, Kalina, Petar, Ana and Neda.

Zora’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Opelo (Christian Orthodox Funeral Service) will take place on Friday, January 14, 2021 - 1:30 p.m. at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048.

Following Opelo, interment will take place at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cemetery.

Following interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon), will be served at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
