Cvijetin Papulić, 66, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, September 15, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 25, 1956 in Donja Višća, Živinice, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to father Miloš and mother Milica Papulić. Memory eternal.

Loving son of Milica; Dearly beloved husband of Snježana; Loving father of Tijana (Darko), Svjetlana (Igor) and Nataša; Proud grandfather of Andrea, Luka, Vera, and Simeon; Caring brother of Pero with his family; Loving brother-in-law of Marija and her family.

Cvijetin’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) will take place on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 5701 N. Redwood Drive, Chicago, IL 60631.

Following Opelo, interment will take place at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will be served at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 N Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
