Ljubica (Ćulibrk) Tatić, 89, passed away on December 9, 2024, in her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born on January 20, 1935 in Baštra, Bosna i Hercegovina to mother Cvijeta (Grandić) and Miladin Ćulibrk. Memory eternal.

Beloved wife for 59 years of the late Stevo Tatić; loving mother to Mira and Milena (Stojan) Bajich; proud grandmother of the late Zorica Radojčić, Mirjana (Manuel) Ocegueda, Suzana (Emmanuel) Arrington, Dragan Radojčić, and Stevan Bajich; proud great-grandmother of Anthony Stevan Rosa, Mara Ćuković, Krstan Omčikus, Luka Ocegueda, and Ljubica Arrington; caring aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and kumovi in Serbia, Republika Srpska, Bosna I Hercegovina, France and worldwide.

Ljubica was preceded in death by her siblings Milan, Stana, Slavko, Stanko, and Drago. An anchor to all that knew her, she played numerous roles as an advisor, confidant, craftsman, and avid master gardener. Her kind, gentle and loving spirit will be sorely missed by her family, friends and Kumovi worlwide.

Visitation Friday, December 13, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Sveta Gora Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.

Wake Service 7 p.m. at Sveta Gora.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Saturday, December 14, 2024 - 11 a.m. at New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

After the Opelo, funeral will take place at the New Gračanica Cemetery.

Following the funeral, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will be served in the New Gračanica monastery for the repose of Ljubica's kind and noble soul.
