Mara Petrović, 79, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Born on December 4, 1944 in Jasenice, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to father Nedeljko and mother Petra Mitrović. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved mother of Pero, Mićo, Blažan, Mitra and Petra; caring mother-in-law of Svjetlana, Zorica, Stevo and Iko; proud grandmother of Vladimir, Dragana, Ilija, Dragan, Sladjana, Novica and Miroslav; great-grandmother to many; fond sister of Ruža.

Mara’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the USA and worldwide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) and interment will take place at the Jelav Cemetery, Loznica, Serbia.
