Milan Bilanović, 75, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 in Rockford, Illinois. Born on July 14, 1946 in Duvno, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to father Mijo and mother Milica Bilanović.
Milan is survived by his dearly beloved wife Ilinka Bilanović; His loving daughters: Vanja (Zoran) Radić and Sanja (Radislav) Todić: His proud grandchildren Marko and Marija Radić and Nina, Ema and Ivan Todić: His Loving sisters, Ljubica Vasić with her family and Stana (Nikola) Milisav with her family: His dearest nephews, Miroslav (Dijana) Bilanović with daughters Anja and MIlica and Ilija, Mića, Dane and Mijo; Loving nieces Vera, Ljilja, Tanja, Vanja and Mira.
Milan’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by families Bilanović, Karan, Zečević, Stanišić, Važić, Bjelić and Milisav, as well as by numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the USA and worldwide.
Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) will take place on Saturday, January 15, 2022 - 2 p.m.at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
Interment Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery.
After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will take place at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery.
