Milija Stanojevic passed away in Chicago on Sunday, July 14 2013 at the age of 68. Born on May 24, 1945 in Gornja Mutnica near Paracin in Serbia to Radule and Radunka Spasojevic. Beloved husband of Mitra, loving father of Jasmina (Momcilo) Arsic, Silvana (Moma) Djukic and Slavica Stanojevic, proud grandfather of Sanja, Tijana and Nemanja Arsic, Katarina, Petar and Valentina Djukic, caring brother of Vera (Toma) Markovic, Milja (Bogoje) Sutic and Stanija (Miodrag) Zivanovic. Milija will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, Kumovi and friends in the Fatherland, the USA and world-wide. Interment Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Gornja Mutnice Cemetery in Serbia. The first annual memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Nova Mutnica Cemetery. Memory eternal.
