Milka Ilibašić-Žilić, 74, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026. Born November 29, 1951 in Donji Roglji, Croatia, to father Milan and mother Kovijka Vukasović. Memory Eternal.

Dearaly beloved mother of Bob (Snežana) Ilibašič; Lou (Emily) Ilibašič; George (Bianca Aguilar) Ilibašič; proud grandmother of Veronika, Sofia, Hailey, Nick, Alex,and Amelia; caring sister of Drago (Dragica) Vukasović; dearest friend of Ljubinka Pavlović.

Milka will be sorely missed by families Ilibašič, Vukasović and Bambić, as well as by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends in Coatia, Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048.

Interment at the St. Sava Cemetery.

After the interment, Daća, Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon will be served at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
