Milovan Aleksić, 84, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Born on October 14, 1941 in Sekuric, near Jagodina in Servia, to father Milen and mother Zagorka Aleksić. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved husband of Lenka Aleksić; loving father of Danny (Darby) Aleksić and Don Aleksić; proud grabdfather of Julia Aleksić Marietti, Jacqueline Aleksić and Alexandra Aleksić; caring brother of Desanka Blagojević; fond uncle of Milka Petrović.

Milovan’s noble and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, kumovi, colleagues and dear friends in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the USA and worldwide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) and burial will take place at the Novo Groblje Cemetery in Ljubuški, Herzegovina.
