Mirjana Djordjević, 85, dearly beloved wife of the late Živoslav-Žika Djordjević, loving mother of the late Milan Djordjević, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Born on December 1, 1939 in Srb, Lika, to father Danilo and mother Smilja Kalanić. Memory eternal.

Dearest mother of Dragan Djordjević MD, proud grandmother of Alec, Emma, Lilliana and Natasha Djordjević, caring mother-in-law of Jolanda Djordjević.

Mirjana’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends in the Fatherland, the USA and world-wide.

Visitation Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) 12 noon at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery.

Following Opelo, interment will take place at the Most Holy Mother of God Serbian Orthodox Cemetery.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will be served at the Monastery.
