On Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the age of 59, the noble heart of Mirjana Rančić fell asleep in the Lord. She was born in on July 1, 1966 in Jagodina, Serbia, to father Dimitrije and mother Marija Rančić. Memory eternal.

The family and friends will bid farewell to the departed Marija on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. during the Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, located at 35240 W Grant Avenue, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Following the funeral service, the burial will take place at the Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery.

After the burial, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) for the repose of Marija’s noble soul will be served at the 1705 Pavillion Way, Park Ridge, IL 60068.
