Miroslav Perunac, 71, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024. Born on February 20, 1953 in Odžaci, Trstenik Municipality in Serbia, to father Branislav and mother Mara Perunac. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved husband of Dragica Perunac; loving father of Ivan (Jelena) Perunac and Marijana (Miloš) Lakićević; proud grandfather of Luka and Lena Perunac and Pavle, Jana and Sofija Lakićević; caring brother of Mirjana Stojković.

Miroslavs’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by families Nikolić, Vuković and Živka Kamatović, as well as by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends in Serbia, the USA and worldwide.

Visitation Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Sveta Gora Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.

Mali Pomen (Serbian Orthodox Wake Service) will take place at 4 p.m. at Sveta Gora.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) and interment will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Odžaci Cemetery in Serbia. 

Due to the funeral taking place in Serbia, In lieu of flowers, donations to the Perunac family are welcome.
