Spasenija Petrović, 66, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Born on March 31, 1958 in Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to father Mihajlo and mother Radojka Šuvira. Memory eternal.

Loving mother of Žana (Dušan), Miljan (Olesija), Bojan (Eva), proud grandmother of Tamara, Kosta, Antonia, Adam, Milena and Viktoria, ex wife of Pero Petrović.

Sasenija’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members and dear friends in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the USA and worldwide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Monday, Decemeber 2, 2024 -11 a.m. at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 N. Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048.

Interment will take place at the St. Sava Cemetery.

After the interment Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will take place at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
