Vera Cupic, 99, born on February 16, 1912 in Velika Plana, Serbia to Cedomir and Milica Zlatic, passed into eternal life in Glenview, Illinois on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Loving mother of Dr. Milorad (Dr. Dragana) Cupic and Dr. Jovan (Dragana) Cupic; proud grandmother of Lisa Maya (Dr. Joseph) Whalen, Michael (Dr. Victoria) Cupic, Sandra Cupic, Katherine (Ted) Dini and Steven Cupic; adoring great-grandmother of Nickolas and Natalie Whalen, Ivana and Marko Cupic and Gino and Siena Dini; dearest aunt of Vukasin (Mira) Kostadinovic, Andreja (Mira) Kostadinovic and Zorica Cupic; loving great-aunt of Boban Cupic. Vera Cupic will be deeply missed by family, friends and relatives in the US and Serbia and by all who knew her. Memory Eternal. Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Tuesday, April 26, 2011 12 noon at the S t. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery in Libertyville, Illinois. Interment St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cemetery.
