Vinka Barać, 80, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Born on January 15, 1942 in Gornji Krnjin near Leposavić in Serbia to father Rajko and mother Vučica Marković. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved mother of Aco (Ljiljana) Barać and Goran (Sonja) Barać; Loving grandmother of Predrag (Natalia), Tanja, Stefan, Nenad and Ivana Barać and Sonja (Milan) Jajić; Proud great-grandmother of Ilija, Joakim and Jovan; Loving sister od Dusan (Daliborka) Marković Vojin (Mirjana) Marković with family and Ranko Marković.

Vinka's kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends in Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 N. Grant Street, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Interment at the Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery, to be followed by Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) at the monastery.
