Dragi cika Vlado,ovo nije poslednji pozdrav.Ostajes da zivis u nasem srcu i lepim uspomenama.Obelezio si nas boravak u daljini i detinjstvo nase dece.Filipu i Ivani si bio sve sto tamo nisu imali.Bilo je lepo poznavati te,neka te andjeli cuvaju medju svojima si.Znam da ces i dalje cuvati Andjelu,Teodoru,Filipa,Ivanu i hvala ti jos jednom.
Drage Margareta i Marija,primite nase saucesce zbog Vladetinog odlaska. Veoma smo zalosni zbog gubitka naseg strica i nasem ocu je zao zbog gubitka mladjeg brata.Bio je dobar covek ispunjen ljubavlju i razumevanjem svojih bliznjih. Neka mu je laka zemlja i hvala za vreme provedeno medju nama. Njegova familija iz Beograda.
Dear Marie, Margaret and Fritz, I have received the sad news about my uncle Vladeta, who I will always remember as a very nice and interesting person. I often remember the time spent with him during my stay at Chicago as a teenage girl and I am sorry I shan’ t be able to visit him one more time. According to our orthodox custom that I learned from my grandmother I lit a kandilo for his soul to rest in peace. God bless you. the Knezevic family

I am filled with deep sadness after hearing of Vladeta’s passing. My memories go back to my childhood and the family gatherings at the Nikolic home. Always full of laughter and good times, I never wanted to go home….my deepest sympathies to Marie and Maggie and the rest of the extended family both here and in Serbia. Thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sadness.
Margaret & Fritz – We never had the opportunity to meet your Dad, but we know what kind of person he must have been by knowing you. He must have been a GOOD one. So sad to hear of his passing.
Dear Maria and Margaret We are very sorry to hear that Vlada pass a way and please accept our sincerely sympathy. We know that it is a big lost for your family and everybody knowing him. He is now again with his father and mother Milutin and Ruza and we shall keep him in our memory as my brother remembering our childhood and events during our summer holidays in our village. Nik was a nice guy. Always looked forward to talking with him.I knew him going all the way back to our Chicago high school. I will miss him very much.
We love Nick. When we first met your dad you could tell that he loved people.Actually Margaret your parents always made us feel very loved. Especially the love they showed our kids with calls , gifts and questions as to how they were. Your dad always had a million questions!! really interested in what you were about! You could tell he cared. We love him . He is in heaven watching over you all and in your hearts and memories. Blessings and love.
