Živojin Mundžić, age 87, passed away, on Friday, December 9, 2022. Born on April 12, 1935 in Vršac, Serbia, to father Dušan and mother Jelena Mundžić. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved husband of Vera; Loving father of Dušan (Mira), Branislav (Shari), Jasmina and Vladimir (Lauren); Proud grandfather of Emily, Adam, Zach, Lexie, Christian, Emily, Evan, Dimitri and Sebastian; Fond great- grandfather of Cece and Victoria; Caring brother of Nada Spasojević; Fond brother-in-law of Walter (Alemka) Vla; Dearest uncle of Alex, Dean, Zora and Vesna; Great-uncle to many.

Živojin’s kind and generous heart will be dearly missed by numerous other family members, Kumovi, and dear friends in Serbia, the USA and worldwide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will take place at the Serbian Brothers Help, 19697 W Grand Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046.
