Cvijetin-Cviko Vasilić, 93, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Born on January 27, 1928 in the village of Maleševci, County of Ugljevik in the Republic of Srpska, to father Teodor and mother Rujka Vasilić. Memory eternal.

Cvijetin will be sorely missed by his wife Ruža, sons Zdravko (Ruža) Vasilić and Tešan (Tanja) Vasilić; daughters Rada (Milan) Šubarić, Zdravka Gojković and Nada (Milan) Gajić; grandchildren: Ružica Babić Marinko, Menka (Kris) Sanpietro, Milanka (Marko) DJordjević, Ljubiša (Branka) Gojković, Milanka Gajić, Sasha (Kristina) Vasilić, Srdjan Vasilić, Nenad Vasilić, Jovana Vasilić and Jelena Vasilić; great-grandchildren Milan, Lidija, Daliborka, Aleksandra, Landon, Liliana, Stefanija, Kristijana, Angelina, Aleksandar and Nikola, as well as numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in the Republic of Srpska, Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Friday, February 26, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 N. Grant Street, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Interment at the Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery, to be followed by Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) at the monastery.
