Stevan Orlić, age 85, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024. Born on September 21, 1939 in Bjelkovac, Cratia to father Nikola and mother Marija Orlić. Memory eternal.
Dearly beloved husband of Zorka, loving father of Zoran (Marija) and Biljana, proud grandfather of Ognjen and Petar.
Stevan's kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, relatives and dear friends in Croatia, Serbia, the USA and worldwide.
Visitation tookplace on Monday, February 26, 2024 from 5 p. m. to 8 p.m. at Sveta Gora, Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.
Mali Pomen (Serbian Orthodox Wake Service) 7 p.m. at Sveta Gora.
Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funerl Service) was held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 - 11:00 a.m. at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL, 60048, followed by interment at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cemetery.
After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Мemorial Luncheon) was served at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 N. Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.
