Trifun Stošić, 91, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2025. Born on January 31, 1934 village of Korbevac, Vranje municipality in Serbia, to father Zlatko and mother Dobrinka Stošić, both deceased. Preceded in death by wife, Divna Stošić.  Memory eternal.

Trifun will be sorely missed by loving niece Ljilja (Novica) ŽIvanović; grandchildren Dragan and Marina ŽIvanović; sister Milanka with her family; brother Dobrivoje with his family, as well as by numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in Serbia, the USA and worldwide.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) took place on Friday, September 12, 2025 – 1 p.m. at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Interment Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will be served at the Monastery.
